12-Month Fixed Term ContractSalary: £75,000-£100k or match your expectation
A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced ITRS Geneos Specialist to support and enhance enterprise monitoring across a complex application estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer the ITRS Geneos platform (Gateways, Netprobes, rules, alerting)
- Work with Application Owners to define monitoring requirements across services
- Install and configure probes across Linux and Windows Servers
- Implement robust application-level monitoring and alerting
- Define what should be monitored per application (availability, performance, capacity, dependencies)
- Support Scripting and automation within the monitoring environment
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on Geneos experience
- Scripting skills (Python and/or Shell)
- Solid Linux knowledge; exposure to Windows
- SRE/DevOps background preferred
- Experience operating within regulated or enterprise environments
