Your new role

• Support the day-to-day relationship management and operational needs of clients
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to develop tailored financial and service solutions
• Monitor and manage credit exposure and systemic risks within the client portfolio
• Assist senior bankers in covering complex relationships and identifying new business opportunities

What you'll need to succeed

• 1+ years of experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to the Japan financial market
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and financial products for institutional clients
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Native/Fluent in Japanese, English is a plus
