Description
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. You will play a key role in facilitating business requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project outcomes align with organizational goals. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elicitate requirements by applying a suitable technique
- Identify business goals, needs, and objectives when needed and ensuring that features are aligned with them
- Analyse a current state (As-Is) as well as impact analysis (To-Be)
- Develop various types of requirements (user, functional, non-functional, system) based on business needs and documenting them (i.e., Epics, Use Cases, User Stories)
- Understand project scope using analysis techniques like functional decomposition
- Collaborate with stakeholders, building trust and keeping them involved (i.e., SMEs, Development Team)
- Plan and prioritize activities within the defined scope of the project
- Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with project stakeholders
- Arrange and conduct demo sessions to showcase project outcomes
- Support solution testing and UAT activities
- Create BA diagrams like UML and BPMN to document requirements effectively
- Ensure alignment between requirements and UX/UI designs, supporting tasks like wireframe creation
- Use estimation approaches and facilitate the requirements estimation process at each project stage
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 6 months of relevant BA experience
- Knowledge of creating, organizing, and tracing functional and business requirements
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban or classic models like Waterfall
- Understanding of software development processes and ability to follow them
- Skills in capturing information using appropriate elicitation techniques
- Expertise in facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Proficiency in acquiring new project and domain information quickly from diverse sources
- Capability to create and interpret BA diagrams in documentation (UML, BPMN)
- Familiarity with UX/UI concepts and wireframe checks for requirements alignment
- Background in supporting solution testing and UAT
- Competency in managing conflicts and effectively communicating in multicultural environments
- Analytical, problem-solving, and self-management skills to work with minimal supervision
- English proficiency at least B1, with the ability to write high-quality texts and support communication channels
NICE TO HAVE
- An engineering or computer science education background
- Knowledge of relative DB concepts and capability to retrieve data using SQL queries
- Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certifications
- Experience with requirements management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with New Distribution Capability (NDC)/One-Order knowledge and experience
