Junior Finance Business Partner Vacancy Milton Keynes Up To £40,000 per annum

Our client are an international operation with a well known reputation for growing and developing talent internally. An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

The salary on offer ranges from £32,000 - £40,000 per annum dependant upon experience. Initially the position will be site based, however following a 3 month probation, the position will become hybrid with 3 days a week onsite.

What is the role?

The position will form the final part of the puzzle within the Business Partnering and Commercial Finance division. You will initially support an experienced business partner for 3 - 6 months before taking full responsibility for a UK based region, where you will then produce and deliver financial reports, data and insights to support site performance and decision-making processes.

What experience is needed to be considered?

To be considered for the position, applicants must:

• Have proven experience of working within a finance based position including financial analysis and reporting
• Be working towards AAT or PQ status
• Have strong Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, SUMIFs)
• Have a passion and desire to progress and grow into a Finance Business Partner away from accounting responsibilities
• Ideally have business partnering experience within a multi site environment
• Be able to present and articulate financial information to non financial heads
• Be a strong communicator
