Job Qualifications

• Min. last semester of bachelor's degree in Business, management, Technical Information, or a related field.
• [Must have] Solid understanding of project management principles.
• Good communication skills (both in Bahasa and English).
• Proactive, collaborative, and well-organized administratively.
• Having previous experience either internship or fulltime as Project Manager will be good

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintaining project logistic, documentation and reporting on project progress.
• Support on adhoc request from management (assessment, presentation deck, event, etc)
• Other than project-based activities, PM also support BAU process :
  • Coordinating regular notification cycle and transition from manual to automation
  • Coordinating several Task Force for continued improvement and monitoring
  • Support the selected Day 2 item to be completed for each year
  • Revisit governance/framework documentation and control the Product Development cycle to be align with the framework
  • Support reports, monitoring project, and presentation for the strategic meeting
