Peritus Investment Consultancy is an independent consultant providing wealth guidance and performance monitoring services for high-net-worth individuals and trusts along the family office investment consultancy model.

The firm's continued expansion has resulted in the creation of a new position.

Principal Functions

To provide multiple layers of support to the consulting and performance monitoring team.

Position has the potential to expand into a more senior relationship manager or peformance review role

Client Support

Support administrative, dealing and valuation needs of RMs

Produce business trip briefing materials PPT, Fact Sheets, CRM

Assist on client investment, operational enquiries

Assist with the preparation of quarterly reports for client

Filing, CRM management

Liaison investment institutions, data collation

Performance Reporting

Collate Performance Data

Cross check reports - data analysis

File Valuations

Performance and consultancy compilation

Fee Analysis

Check and monitor benchmarks and peer groups

Functional Work

Maintain and enhance CRM Database

Collating quarterly valuation reports from investment institutions

Ensuring accurate and timely input of data into reporting systems

Minimum Requirements

Excellent communicator, pro-active and sensitive to client needs

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Relevant Financial Qualifications

3 years investment experience in the Financial Services Industry

Desired background - Asset / Investment Manager

Understand portfolio and investment instrument information

Client Relationship Experience

Investment passion

Comfortable with boutique style environment
