Ahighly regarded law firm, based in Oxfordshire are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to join their growing Compliance & Risk function to ensure the firm adheres to regulatory standards (e.g., SRA), legal obligations, and internal policies to mitigate risk. Key duties include advising on AML checks & client onboarding (KYC/CDD), performing audits, training staff on compliance, and investigating breaches.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in a law firm or legal compliance role
• Knowledge of legal regulations, specifically AML and SRA Standards.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and auditing.
• Excellent communication skills for training and reporting.
