Experience Range
- 9 to 12 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce-based delivery teams

Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master for Agile teams
- Hands-on exposure to Salesforce programs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Expertise in:
- Agile & Scrum practices
- Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
- Proven experience in:
- Backlog management and prioritization
- Agile metrics (velocity, burndown/burnup, cycle time)
- Strong ability to:
- Identify and remove team impediments
- Drive sprint execution and ensure timely delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with onsite/global teams
- Hands-on experience with:
- JIRA and Confluence
- Agile reporting dashboards
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with enterprise Agile frameworks:
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Scrum@Scale
- Exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds:
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud
- Experience in:
- Agile maturity models and transformation initiatives
- Certification (preferred but not mandatory):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Salesforce delivery lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies for Salesforce teams
- Act as a servant leader and coach teams on Agile best practices
- Ensure backlog readiness and alignment with business priorities
- Track delivery metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action plans
- Ensure effective use of JIRA/Confluence for tracking and reporting
