Market and Product Expansion - Senior Associate/Vice PresidentJoin our global Payments team and help drive the growth of cross-currency solutions for Financial Institutions across MEA. Job Summary
As a Senior Associate/Vice President in Cross-Currency Solutions within Payments, you will support the growth of the regional and cross-regional FX Payments P&L. You will work with a dynamic, market-oriented product set and contribute directly to the expansion of a key strategic solution for JPMorgan. You will collaborate with sales, product, and market teams to identify opportunities, engage clients, and support business development across MEA.
You will be part of a global team that develops business both within and across regions. Your insights and feedback will help shape product evolution and drive the success of our cross-currency payments strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the strategy for growing the Cross-Currency MEA P&L.
- Manage pipeline activities, including target list development, pre-sales execution, mandate wins, and senior management reporting.
- Lead client presentations and presales activities; coordinate with Payments Sales, Coverage, and FX Sales for targeted client engagement.
- Support senior team members with their sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with Payments Sales, FX Sales, Product Management, and RFP teams to coordinate responses and pricing.
- Provide continuous feedback to Product teams on market trends and client needs.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Product-oriented sales experience and acumen.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners - sales, product management, client service, and global bankers.
- BA or BSc from a recognized program or equivalent graduate education.
- Ability to work towards portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of analytics tools.
- Experience or appreciation of cross-border and FX payments landscape.
- Fluency in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in advanced FX, cash management, and merchant acquiring (e.g., hedging and liquidity management).
- Knowledge of the financial institution space and treasury services/cash management solutions.
