Role Overview:
As a Motion Graphics Designer and Editor, you will play a crucial role in delivering motion graphics and editing tasks for key clients and projects for the agency. We are seeking a talented person with proven experience in the creative industry, ready to deliver high quality outputs. You will work closely with other members of the design team, collaborating positively with senior creatives while demonstrating outstanding motion graphics expertise. You will have a background in the delivery of motion graphics and editing with excellent attention to detail, knowledge of best practices including AI tools, and a real flair for creativity. This role often involves working on complex briefs within tight time frames, requiring a hands-on, motivated, and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality motion graphics and video editing tasks for key clients and agency projects, ensuring outputs meet creative and technical standards
• Collaborate effectively with other design team members and senior creatives, contributing positively to the creative process and project outcomes
• Apply expert knowledge of motion graphics and editing techniques, including the integration of AI tools and industry best practices
• Interpret and execute complex briefs, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines
• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the production process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment in all visual outputs
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in generating visual concepts, animations, and editing solutions that engage and inspire audiences
• Adopt a hands-on, motivated, and collaborative approach to work, proactively contributing ideas and supporting the wider team to achieve project goals

About the candidate:

• Minimum 3 years of motion graphics / editing experience, preferably within an agency setting
• Expert level understanding of Adobe After Effects and Premiere (experience with other programs would be beneficial)
• Understanding of 3D animation and plugins (Cinema4d essential, other softwares desirable but not essential)
• A strong understanding of filming, production and editing workflows is essential (and experience on shoots is preferred)
• Experience working across creative concepts and full campaign roll outs
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills, maintaining an approachable, can-do attitude
• Experience and passion for AI video and creative tools
• An understanding of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma is preferred but not essential
• Basic filming/photography capabilities would be beneficial for behind-the-scenes style shooting at some of our bigger production shoots
