Operations & Compliance Manager (Hong Kong) - Investment Firm

A growing Hong Kong-based investment firm is seeking an Operations & Compliance Manager to support its fund launch and oversee key control functions within an outsourced operating model.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee compliance, AML/CTF, OCR, and finance-related duties (MIC/MLRO designation)
* Manage investor onboarding, KYC/AML, and coordination with external administrators
* Supervise trade matching and reconciliation handled by third‑party providers
* Liaise with service partners, including administrators, brokers, auditors, and legal counsel
* Review financials and work with accountants/tax advisors on filings

Ideal Background:
* 7-10 years in fund operations, compliance, accounting, or audit
* Experience at fund administrators, asset managers, Big 4, or prime brokers
* Strong accounting foundation
* Comfortable in a lean, startup environment with room to grow
* Open to taking on MIC/MLRO responsibilities
