Description

1. Involvement in management and supervision of hedge fund accounting team and to provide leadership and strategic direction for assigned fund accounting teams.
2. Review fund accounting team deliverables prepared, including but not limit to NAV pack, financial statement, etc.
3. Understand and be responsible for all aspects of the NAV calculation including fee calculations, profit and loss allocations, accounting for complex financial instruments, documentation review and ad hoc client requests.
4. Work together with other team members on the onboarding of new clients, launching of new fund.
5. Assist in billing management and receivables collection.
6. Resolve exceptional problems and take on special projects or tasks as assigned.
7. Participate in the continuous development and enhancement of workflows and procedures to reflect the changing control environment.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
3. 7-10 years of working experience gained in the fund administration industry.
4. Mature, with a high level of attention to detail; able to work independently under pressure and with a strong sense of meeting tight, committed deadlines.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at different levels and from diverse backgrounds.
7. Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
8. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other presentation applications, with the ability to produce well‑presented and accurate work.
9. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Associate level.
