Esteemed entity seeking Accounts officer on a part-time basis in Western Sydney. Your new company is a well-known entity in Western Sydney hiring a part-time Accounts officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Your new role will include but will not be limited to:
Accounts Payable• Prepare and pay weekly supplier invoices
• Enter weekly transactions into MYOB
• Enter credit card data and payments
• Reconcile monthly transactions
Accounts Receivable
• Create and issue invoices
• Follow up outstanding debts
• Reconcile daily receipts
Payroll
• Set up new employees in payroll systems
• Prepare and process fortnightly Payroll
• Help conduct end of month bank reconciliations
• Maintain electronic filing systems
• Ensure accurate record keeping in databases

What you'll need to succeed
Similar end-to-end transactional Accounting experience is essential. Hands-on experience with Accounting software would be ideal.
