Your new role

• Work with technical teams and stakeholders to coordinate and drive IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for application teams during migration planning and execution.
• Coordinate and drive resolution of application migration issues across infrastructure workstreams (network, compute, storage, security, cloud, middleware, operations).
• Organize technical workshops for application teams to support knowledge sharing.
• Prioritize and escalate blocker items to infrastructure leads or PMO as required, ensuring timely decisions and appropriate resource allocation.
• Maintain a central tracker and dashboard showing the status of open queries, risks, impacts, and remediation actions; produce regular status reports for application owners and stakeholders.
• Effectively present and communicate infrastructure services and capabilities to internal customers and position them appropriately.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, templates, and runbooks.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-7 years' experience in IT Infrastructure project management/PMO or application migration coordination.
• Good understanding of infrastructure domains (networking, storage, compute, virtualization, cloud) and common application dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate technical issues between application owners and infrastructure engineers.
• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Confluence, Excel)
• Proficient in preparing project documentation and status reports
• Business-level bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English
