Description
Effective Field- Together with the CEO, you will set up strategic projects and initiatives and accompany them from planning to implementation
- You will monitor progress, budgets and results and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders
- You will ensure compliance with processes, standards and compliance requirements and identify risks at an early stage
- You will be the interface between CEO, top management, project teams and departments and ensure clear communication and coordination
- You will actively drive the further development and company-wide use of PMO tools, processes and best practices
- Degree in natural sciences, economics or technology
- Professional experience in a comparable PMO, consulting or project management role. Ideally, track record with larger programs consisting of several initiatives
- Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) as well as very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Professional experience in a technology-driven company in the FinTech or Financial Services sector is mandatory
- Fluent in English and German
