Pricing Product Manager - Southern and Central Africa Logistics Location: Dubai, UAE -Relocation supported Company: Reload Logistics Department: Commercial, Sales
Overview:
Reload Logistics is seeking a skilled Pricing Product Manager with up to 5 years of experience in Southern and Central African logistics. This role is central to expanding our bid volume and improving win rates across freight, customs, and supply chain contracts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tender preparation, pricing strategy, and regional compliance. A background in cargo operations and rate comping is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Manage end-to-end tender processes for Southern and Central African logistics contracts, including RFQs, RFPs, and bid submissions
•
Analyse bid performance and contribute to strategies that increase win rate and bid volume
•
Collaborate with commercial, operations, and finance teams to align pricing and service offerings
•
Maintain tender documentation, compliance records, and submission schedules
•
Track market trends and competitor activity across Southern and Central Africa
•
Support business development efforts with tailored proposals and client-specific solutions
Requirements:
•
Up to 5 years of tendering experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
•
Strong exposure to Southern and Central African markets (e.g., South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, DRC)
•
Demonstrated success in preparing and submitting logistics tenders
•
Familiarity with customs procedures, multimodal routing, and pricing models
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•
Willingness to relocate to Dubai (UAE)
Preferred:
•
Background in cargo operations and rate comping
•
Experience with donor-funded or government tenders
•
Bilingual (English, French, or Afrikaans)
•
Familiarity with CRM or tender management platforms
