Job Title: Project Coordinator - Piping & Tubular Structures

Role Overview:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing project coordination and expediting activities for piping and tubular structure products. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, effective communication between stakeholders, and smooth execution of projects in hand.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Coordinate project activities related to piping and tubular structures.
• Expedite material and product deliveries to meet project timelines.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor progress and resolve any delays or bottlenecks.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Support project managers in achieving overall project objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience
:

• Education:
  Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:
  8-10 years of relevant experience in project coordination and expediting within the oil & gas or EPC sector.
• Technical Expertise:
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of piping systems and tubular structure products.
  • Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes in oil & gas projects.
• Soft Skills:
  
  
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
