Role Summary:

We are seeking for a project manager who can be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive control, and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• To deliver effective team management
• Providing reports and recommending process improvements
• Acting as a focal point for operations during routine and emergency situations
• Evidence of problem-solving skills and improving the day to day running of a department
• Passion, innovation, and service excellence
• Excellent presentation and IT skills are required.
• Analytical and quality focused - able to produce accurate management information.
• The ability to communicate with all levels, from senior management to operational staff.
• Target and KPI focused yet able to deliver whilst maintaining employee engagement.
• Excellent people and performance management skills: motivate, coach, develop, inspire and ability to identify training needs.
• Any other duties deemed relevant to the role.

Education, Certifications and Qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in electrical / Communication Engineering or equivalent technical education.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Required skills:

• 5+ years of Experience in managing security & safety systems related projects.
• Delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Delivering projects worth SAR 50M and above.
• Managing Manpower contractors, Civil Contractors, Installation contractor and all other subcontractors required to deliver the project.
• Delivering complex project involving extensive civil works.
• Managing and successfully delivery projects requiring HCIS approval.
• Using Ms Projects to manage and report on projects.
• Reporting to senior management on project status.
