Description
Key Responsibilities:- Own end to end QA delivery for respective project
- Ensure review and walkthrough of Test Strategy, Plan with relevant stakeholders
- Work on the estimates and strategy for new enhancements
- Identify and initiate on-boarding of relevant h/w and s/w as per project need
- Co-ordinate with offshore Testers and provide inputs on the deliverables
- Design and Execution of Test cases
- Own up Defect management and conducting defect triage
- Review all Testing related artifacts. Test scenario/case, Defects/Execution Log delivered by Team - 2nd Level
- Review of Root cause Analysis
- Follow up on infrastructure issues
- Drive meeting scheduled on testing (status, walkthru, etc.)
- Prepare and share status report
- Salesforce, API testing, Integration Testing, Knowledge on CRM domain, Test Management Tool (ADO, JIRA)
