Job Description

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and market research on real estate investments.
• Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and risk assessments.
• Monitor and analyse real estate market trends and economic data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial models and analyses.
• Develop and refine financial models for real estate portfolios.
• Provide support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

The Successful Applicant

• Education: CFA (preferred), Master's in Finance or related field; Bachelor's in Engineering is a plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years in real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
