Description

We are mandated on a search at a global financial institution who's keen to hire a middle level regulatory reporting specialist with experience handling project and change management to join the team in Hong Kong/ Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Manage APAC regulatory reporting including regulatory filing, reporting, transaction reporting, liquidity management, exposure monitoring and other business control in accordance with statutory requirements

• Patriciate in change management projects with internal stakeholders including compliance, legal, technology

• Maintain and implement regulatory reporting policies, disclosure requirements, procedures and manual

• Advise relevant stakeholders on regulatory requirements on new project/ business initiatives

Requirements:

• Not less than 6 years of experience handling regulatory reporting

• Solid knowledge on Large Shareholding, Short Selling and Takeover Panel Regulatory Reporting requirements

• Experience in handling regulatory projects and change management

• Familiar with global markets business lifecycle and related rules and regulations
