Hays is partnering with a reputable banking institution in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to recruit an
Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager
within its Corporate Banking Division. This role is ideal for candidates with strong corporate client management expertise, solid financial analysis skills, and the ability to drive business development across corporate and financial institution clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with corporate clients and financial institutions.
• Promote and sell a full suite of corporate banking products, including accounts, deposits, loans, and trade finance solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Operations) to facilitate client onboarding, credit approval, and transaction execution.
• Conduct financial analysis, monitor client business activities, and identify potential risks.
• Manage an active client portfolio and ensure ongoing monitoring and relationship maintenance.
• Support team members and deputize for colleagues within the Corporate Banking team when required.

Requirements

• Minimum
  3 years of overseas work experience
  (outside of China) with a financial institution.
• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills
  (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or credit-related roles.
• Strong business development capability and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
• In-depth understanding of corporate banking products and related processes.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and assess client risk exposures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client requirements.
