To support the expansion of our business, Da Cheng International Asset Management Co. Ltd. is currently seeking Institutional Sales Manager/Assistant Institutional Sales Manager candidate. Da Cheng International, established on 2009, being a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dacheng Fund Management Co., Ltd (pioneer of mutual fund industry in Mainland China) is estensively engaged in investment management business both in HongKong, Mainland China and Globally, known as "overseas investment pioneer" and a "global Chinese concept investment expert".

Da Cheng International has obtained a full set of licenses for cross-border and overseas businesses, and is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to carry out Type 1 regulated activity (dealing in securities), Type 4 regulated activity (advising on securities) and Type 9 regulated activity (asset management). In addition, the Company also possesses RQFII/QFII qualification, and is one of the only four companies entrusted to act as overseas investment managers for the National Social Security Fund. It is among the first companies to obtain the China Securities Regulatory Commission's qualification of overseas investment advisors for Hong Kong Stock Connect in October 2018.

Sales Manager/Assistant Institutional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain client relationships with Institutional clients e.g. Financial Institutions and Corperates;
2. Provide solutions and services to institutional clients from identifying clients need, providing professtional service and product solutions, coordinating internally and externally to onboarding and order placement of clients;
3. Marketing materials in relation to fund deck and market analysis based on the requirements from Clients.
4. Arrange all kinds of marketing activities including roadshow, teleconference, etc.;
5. Report to the Head of Product and Marketing;

Job requirements:

1. University graduate with 1-3 years of working as asset management institutional sales，any current student and fresh graduates are also welcome;
2. Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics and other related disciplines, with solid academic foundation in finance and economics;
3. With proven track record in establishing and sustaining profitable client relationships;
4. Resourceful and knowledgeable of the capital markets and products, especially in offshore products;
5. Self-motivated, independent and full of initiatives, with high level of integrity;
6. Holder of SFC Type 1 & 4 licenses preferred;
7. Fluent in English and Chinese.
