Description
Job DescriptionProvides sales operations and analytical support for the Cross-sell program.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the Director of Sales Analytics in analysis and reports related to bookings budgets and forecasts, sales key performance indicators (KPIs), sales effectiveness, and other analyses and reports as assigned
- Builds and maintains reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other reporting platforms
- Performs audits where required to ensure the accuracy of data and reports
- Coordinates with Sales Operations and Salesforce Admin teams to drive process improvement changes that enhance bookings performance and/or operating efficiency
- Collaborates in the management of consolidated reporting across all salesforce instances
INIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Experience:
- At least with 4 to 7 years of related experience
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree
- Computer/Technical:
- Expert-level competency in Excel required Proficient in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc. Demonstrate ability to learn and understand various computer systems.
Other Skills:
- Knowledge in reporting, configuration, and best practices within Salesforce At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce including handling quotes and opportunities.
- Advanced data analysis skills and ability to visualize executives
- Time management skills Critical thinking skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills Ability to work both individually and as a member of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. The role will work in our Cebu, Philippines office
2. Normal work hours will be aligned with 8:00 am - to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time
3. Extending viewing of computer screens
