SAP Fieldglass Consultant - Contingent Workforce Management

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of our Contingent Workforce Management solution . The role will focus on configuring, deploying, and enhancing Fieldglass to streamline processes across sourcing, engagement, payment, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration : Lead end-to-end Fieldglass setup, including templates, worker types, and VMS processes for contingent labor, contractors, and SOW engagements.
• Process Optimization : Design procure-to-pay workflows, automate work orders, timesheets, expenses, and approvals with compliance controls.
• System Integration : Configure connectors with SAP ERP HCM/ECC, manage data flows, enable SSO and e-signature capabilities.
• Training & Support : Deliver training, create documentation, and provide post-implementation support and optimization.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP Fieldglass implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of VMS, contingent workforce processes, and SAP ERP HCM/SuccessFactors integration.
• Proficiency in Fieldglass connectors, procurement workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SOW projects, time/expense tracking, invoicing, and payments.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Fieldglass certification.
• HR technology implementation background.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Exposure to AI-powered workforce solutions.
