Support and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring these events run smoothly and efficiently.
Assist the team in understanding and applying Agile principles and practices to improve their effectiveness..

Identify and assist in removing any roadblocks or impediments that may hinder the team's ability to meet their commitments.
Use data analytics to track team performance, including velocity, cycle time, and burn-down charts. Analyze patterns and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by helping the team reflect on their processes and identify areas for growth.
Assist in monitoring the progress of sprints and help ensure that deliveries are met according to the timeline and scope.
Build and maintain a positive team dynamic by promoting open communication, collaboration, and transparency.
Offer support and coaching to team members to help them grow in their understanding of Agile practices and guide them in self-organizing.
