Job Description

• Originate and manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and entrepreneurs across GCC and international markets.
• Deliver bespoke wealth management solutions leveraging the firm's open architecture and diverse product offering.
• Collaborate with internal investment teams to structure tailored portfolios and cross-asset strategies.
• Drive new business development while maintaining strong compliance and regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior bankers and contribute to the strategic growth of the Dubai office.

The Successful Applicant

• 12-15 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, ideally from top-tier institutions
• Strong network of UHNW clients in GCC.
• Proven track record in asset gathering and advisory across multiple asset classes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a high-growth, independent platform.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Regulatory awareness and ability to operate within DIFC guidelines.
