Job DescriptionThe Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in analysis, documentation, and translating business needs into functional requirements
- Reverse analysis of legacy systems (including exploring APIs and databases)
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across systems and workflows
