Job Description

• Managing licensing matters and ensuring compliance with SFC regulations.

• Serving as the key liaison for all communications with the SFC.
• Developing and conducting compliance training programs for staff to promote a culture of compliance awareness.
• Conducting periodic compliance audits and assessments to identify and address any potential issues proactively.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience: 2-5 years in compliance roles within the financial sector.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
• Strong knowledge of SFC regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues.
