Global Corporate is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a newly created role.As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner of this subsidiary of a global group, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic people initiatives into tangible business outcomes.

This is a rare opportunity to influence organisational culture, raise leadership capability, and drive transformation across a diverse portfolio.
You will be a trusted partner to the senior leadership and executive team, delivering targeted initiatives to promote team effectiveness, talent management, coaching, and organisational change, as well as business as usual generalist support. Your strategic insight and hands-on leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience, continuing to enable business growth and performance, and embedding a values-driven culture.
It is essential that you have previous experience as a senior human resources business partner who has operated at both a strategic and operational level, and that you have previously worked within a dynamic environment where projects and transformation result in best practice. Prior expertise in supporting behavioural change, leadership development and organisational design is essential, coupled with talent management, executive level interaction and partnering, and project management.
