You will maintain a close working relationship with our distribution teams servicing both Retail and Institutional clients by promoting collaboration and championing a strong compliance culture. Not only with our business stakeholders but establishing a strong partnership with other Investment Compliance teams would be key to ensure fund and client restrictions are interpreted and monitored adequately. All of this enables us to operate our investment function in a compliant way, and you will play a pivotal role in FIL helping our clients build better financial futures.
