Du schaffst Transparenz über Prioritäten, Risiken und Wertbeiträge und entwickelst das Projektmanagement kontinuierlich weiter.

• Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Projekt- und Transformationsportfolios

• Sicherstellung der strategischen Ausrichtung aller Projekte

• Priorisierung von Initiativen nach Business Impact, Ressourcen und Risiken

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Governance-Strukturen, Standards und KPIs

• Erstellung von Management-Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen

• Moderation von Steering Committees und Workshops

• Durchführung von Portfolio-Reviews sowie Risiko- und Health-Checks

• Weiterentwicklung des Projektmanagement-Frameworks und Wissensmanagements

• Coaching von Projektleitern und Führungskräften

• Begleitung strategischer Transformationsinitiativen und Programme

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im PMO, Portfolio-Management oder Beratung

• Fundierte Kenntnisse klassischer, agiler und hybrider Projektmanagement-Methoden

• Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

• Hohe Stakeholder-Kompetenz und souveränes Auftreten

• Erfahrung in Transformationsprojekten

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
