Tasks
- Leading and managing multiple projects within the Business Applications Program from initiation to closure
- Defining project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitoring project progress, risks and issues to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Managing cross-functional communication to align business objectives with IT deliverables
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including development, consultants and business key users
- Driving effective change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes across the organisation
- Contribute to refining project management practices and tools for efficiency and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of IT project management experience with a proven track record in delivering end-to-end eCommerce projects
- Strong eCommerce expertise, ideally including system integration; experience with Salesforce, SAP ERP, middleware (e.g., Actindo), and frontend integrations is a plus
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and ability to apply them effectively
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Proficiency in Wrike Enterprise is highly desirable; relevant certifications (e.g., PMI PMP, PMI ACP, PMI DASSM) are an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills; Japanese or another European language is a plus
