An established boutique asset management firm specialising in absolute return and alternative investment strategies is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager to assume responsibility for its client reporting function and support the production of high-quality marketing materials.

The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and sales teams and will allow the successful incumbent the opportunity to work on a variety of value-add projects.

Key Responsibilities

• • Produce all client reporting, including monthly bespoke portfolio reports and fund communications
  • Maintain fund-level and firm-level DDQs, distribution lists, newsletters and presentations
  • Produce and review marketing and client presentation materials
  • Oversee marketing campaigns and investment communications, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Maintain consultant databases and presentation libraries
  • Support client calls, webinars and follow-up materials
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of proprietary systems and reporting processes
  • Produce client interaction and reporting statistics

Key Skills & Experience

• • Degree educated with a strong financial background
  • Experience in asset management essentuial; alternatives or UCITS experience preferred
  • Strong reporting, analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines in a process-driven environment
  • Experience improving or automating reporting processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills; solid Excel and Word capability
