Description
- Drive Global Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies across international markets to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Regional & Country Support: Collaborate with regional and country sales teams, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Cooperate cross-divisional with other GEA entities and represent the dairy farming sector for integrated dairy farm and milk powder facility projects worldwide
- Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition regarding large projects
- Sales Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present insights to senior leadership
- Completed studies in Engineering or comparable education
- Proven experience in international sales management (5+ years)
- Strong track record in key account management, especially with large customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
