Senior Shareholder - hybrid position 

• requires 1 day per week / 46 shifts annually onsite in Fayetteville, TN.
• remainder of shifts can covered remotely.
• requires general radiology procedures and mammography

Flexible total shift count and structure with a percentage of Senior Shareholder compensation model available, including daytime only coverage without evening or weekend coverage required.

• Practice provides, elective, remote internal locum tenens opportunities paid per RVU 

Onsite Shareholder and Remote Limited Shareholder day/"Second Shift" positions available across subspecialties 

Requirements

Radiology of Huntsville, P.C. (ROH) is a sixty plus (60+) physician, high volume, private practice (owned and governed by Shareholder Radiologists) in Huntsville, AL seeking board-certified/board-eligible Radiologists for Shareholder and Limited Shareholder positions.

 ROH is a sub-specialized, private practice serving eight (8) hospitals including facilities with a national healthcare system, as well as a major regional not for profit healthcare system, along with numerous imaging centers. The practice utilizes an efficient, unified, PACS and voice recognition platform, allowing intragroup collaboration with dedicated IT and physician call center support along with strategic AI platforms. ROH offers excellent compensation and benefits for the position (Blue Cross health insurance, dental and vision, 401K profit-sharing and Pension plans, paid vacation, CME allowance – consistent, competitive compensation package with significant volunteer internal locums earning options for all Radiologists. The practice has a nominal buy-in with scheduled, predictable bonuses. Practice vote for Shareholder status after two years of service.
