Your new role

• Manage the full recruitment cycle - from job analysis, sourcing, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
• Manage job offer discussions, negotiations, and hiring processes.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation experiences for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
• Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement and communication.
• Handle employee concerns and conflicts with fairness and professionalism.
• Plan and implement programs that support employee wellness, work-life balance, and engagement.
• Organise team-building events, wellness activities, and employee recognition programs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
