Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of customer service and administrative tasks essential for managing the business aspects of the practice and ensuring a positive experience for customer.

List of Duties:
Handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers and provide extra-ordinary service to our customers in a professional and timely manner
Handling existing customer inquiry request
Address members' enquiries effectively and maintain satisfactory quality of customer service
Make appropriate recommendations to meet customers' expectation
Escalate enquiries, when necessary, in line with internal guidelines.

Professional experience:
With 1 - 3 years of CS experience in insurance or financial industry (Added Advantage)
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
