Role Summary

A pivotal role within our client's investment function, focusing on end-to-end capital strategy for AI infrastructure deployments across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive visibility into financing, commercial, and technical workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models for project financing, cash-flow forecasting, and strategic planning
• Support transaction execution through due diligence, valuation, and investment documentation
• Evaluate and structure strategic financing initiatives across various capital solutions
• Conduct in-depth research on capital markets and emerging financing structures
• Collaborate across internal teams to align financing solutions with project requirements
• Support special strategic projects including cross-border and global expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial advisory, or related analytical finance roles
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Expertise in structured financing concepts
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities
