Description
Job Purpose and ImpactThe Swine Technician, will assist senior team members with technical solutions and support interactions with clients and prospective customers, to help them understand how the company can provide solutions for them and improve profitability. In this role, you will assist to ensure new technologies and tools are utilized to provide competitive customer focused solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist more senior team members to establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones.
- Assist with commercial prospecting and anticipate technological developments led by more senior team members.
- Support sales efforts to understand and solve basic customer issues following established process.
- Support strategic marketing technology and food or product safety, quality and regulatory to develop and proof new products.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
