Job Description:
- The position requires in-depth knowledge of financial markets and various financial instruments like Equities, Fixed Income securities, Funds, CFDs, P-Notes etc. The role requires working in a team that has high complexity and criticality. Includes supporting and working closely with the Team Leaders and Section Manager for implementation of business plans.
- This role's primary responsibility is not limited to manage BAU, but also to ensure all activities are executed by the team as per procedures/ SLAs. Act as the primary point of contact for any process issues, timely review of checklists and documents, ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and signed off for the day, manage training requirement of the team and take care of stretch assignments and projects for the team.
- The Technical Coordinator position will report to Team Leader in NOSAI Manila.
- Desired knowledge of POP, Enterprise & Fund Master. AIP and IMS knowledge supplementary.
- Good working knowledge of Industrial vendors and vendor applications such as ICE, Reuters & Bloomberg.

- Ability to Handle, Escalate and resolve Pricing queries in a timely manner.
- Take active role in settling of new 'Pricing Operating Platform' (POP) Program.
- Deliver high quality service to clients by accurate, timely completion of all assigned tasks and requests for information.
- MIS & Reporting: Generating and maintaining MIS reports pertaining to process delinquency/ recoveries/variances/ corrective actions and presenting the same to the management for facilitating decision making.
- Continuous review of new and established processes to ascertain Risk areas within the same and introduce necessary checks & controls to mitigate any kinds of risk and also ensure compliance of procedures and policies of the Process / Organization.
- Assist with the provision of data for the internal and external audit process. Conduct MOC audit, participate in Internal Audit/External audit to ensure the process adheres to the audit standards and requirements.
- To highlight the operational gaps, updated control and escalate the necessary issues to the Management.
- To proactively and effectively establish a level of client knowledge ensuring all requirements is met and allow the team build the relationship further.
- Deliver training /coaching effectively.
- Respond flexibly to the needs of the current situation, amend own work program to deliver desired outputs
- Manage any potentially difficult situations which may impact on the clients by developing a close working relationship with client services.
- Develop early warning techniques for process failures.
- To have a thorough understanding of the theoretical and technical nature of Asset Coding specifically hands on experience on AIP is preferred.
- To create, maintain and update procedures for the process.
- To ensure full and proper reporting to the manager of any operational issues
- Where delays are expected to flag any service delivery issues as early as possible and ability to work on ad-hoc activities.
- Graduation Degree in B.Com/BBM/MBA etc.
- 5 plus years of work experience in a Financial Institution with a minimum of 2 years in Securities pricing or related activities with evidence of strong technical and procedural expertise is preferred.
- Knowledge of Financial Instruments and Corporate Action events, familiarity with financial market Vendors is strongly preferred.
- Partners are expected to be flexible to support business requirements across multiple shifts.
- All other NOS IJP criteria's to be met.
Eligibility
- 24 Months as a Senior Analyst to move as a Technical Coordinator
- Movement within TC and Associate Consultant will be 12 months
