About the role:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead our SupplyChain Integration (SCI) product portfolio, including EDI, e-Invoicingand Intelligent Data Processing.In this senior role, you will be the domain owner for SCI:you will define and own the roadmap, shape and prioritize features for complexsupply-chain and B2B integration use cases, and be responsible for thestrategic evolution and competitive positioning of the SCI product suite. Youwill work at the intersection of Product, GTM, Architecture and Engineering toensure that our SCI products remain robust, scalable and efficient whiledelivering clear value to our customers.

- Own the SCI product vision and roadmap, defining, structuring and prioritizing features for the SCI competence center.
- Align SCI product goals with Retarus' overall business strategy, while balancing product-specific technical requirements and customer commitments.
- Drive the strategic success of the SCI product suite by continuously analyzing market trends, customer needs and competitors to sharpen the product's competitive advantage.
- Work closely with GTM, Sales and customer-facing teams to collect, validate and consolidate feature requests and market requirements, and translate them into clear roadmap items with defined business impact and priority.
- Actively manage stakeholders within Product Management to identify and leverage synergies between SCI and other Retarus products (e.g. shared capabilities, integration points, cross-sell opportunities).
- Coordinate roadmap and releases with key stakeholders (Leadership Team, GTM, Support, Services and Customer Enablement) to ensure realistic expectations and smooth roll-outs.
- Ensure the SCI products meet relevant standards for scalability, reliability, security and user experience.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency, with a strong focus on increasing support and maintenance efficiency and on speeding up and simplifying customer onboarding through improved processes, tooling and standardization.
- Define and own product-specific performance and success KPIs, such as stability and scalability metrics, SLA compliance, incident and error rates, onboarding lead times and operational costs, feature acceptance and customer performance.
- Proactively monitor these KPIs and act on them, using data to steer the roadmap, prioritize improvements and regularly provide a clear product performance overview to key stakeholders.
- Champion communication and stakeholder management for SCI, ensuring transparent and regular updates on product status, roadmap decisions and upcoming releases.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B / enterprise software or integration platforms.
- Proven expertise in the SCI/EDI domain, including typical standards, processes and customer scenarios.
- Strong ability to understand and simplify complex business and supply-chain processes, and translate them into clear product requirements and prioritization decisions.
- Experience leading and scaling multimillion-euro product lines or other strategically relevant enterprise products.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to align diverse stakeholders (internal and external) and drive decisions.
- Hands-on mindset: you are happy to dive into product features, specifications, data and real customer cases - not just talk about them.
- Business-fluent (C1) German and English, both written and spoken.
- Thisrole is Munich-based and requires at least three days per week in theoffice.
