Technical Program Manager (Enterprise Systems)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (Enterprise Systems) to join our PMO and lead governance-driven enterprise initiatives in a complex, global environment. This role plays a critical part in establishing structure, frameworks, and delivery discipline across enterprise system projects supporting the new fiscal year.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors across Japan and North America, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise system projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring strong governance and execution
- Establish and maintain project frameworks, plans, documentation, and reporting standards
- Translate business requirements into structured program plans, roadmaps, and delivery milestones
- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive resolution
- Manage daily stakeholder communication across business, technical, and vendor teams
- Plan, execute, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Facilitate regular project review meetings and steering discussions
- Prepare clear and detailed project status reports covering progress, risks, timelines, and outcomes
- Promote collaboration and alignment across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise or corporate IT environments
- Strong experience managing technology or enterprise system initiatives
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
- Hands-on experience planning and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively at multiple levels
- Experience working with business, procurement, and technical teams
- Strong documentation, organization, and reporting skills
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle ERP, SAP HR, or similar enterprise platforms
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or system integrations
- Exposure to organizational change management initiatives
- Vendor management experience
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
