Description
Job Purpose and Impact技术服务专家将与团队共同合作，执⾏业务计划，实现业务⽬标。我们寻求⼀个积极进取的技术专业⼈⼠，他将聚焦在奶⽜营养领域，在ONE TIME 框架下，对服务区域内客⼾的⽜群规划出有价值和有竞争⼒的营养解决⽅案，进⽽推动业务进展。
Key Accountabilities
- 在关键客⼾中建⽴牢固的客⼾关系。
- 对负责区域客⼾的⽜群提供有价值的营养解决⽅案规划。
- 打造服务区域内具有竞争⼒牧场 (核⼼客⼾) 。
- 配合完成阶段性"战役"和"项⽬"任务。
- 利⽤平台资源进⾏技术创新⾏动和实证类活动。
- 分配的其他职责。
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 专注奶⽜营养相关领域
- 具备良好的沟通和表达能⼒
- 熟练的英⽂能⼒
- ⾄少三年相关⼯作经验
- 建⽴牢固的客⼾关系，提供以客⼾为中⼼的解决⽅案
- 学习能⼒强，能做出良好和及时的决策
- 其他最低资格可能适用
Preferred Qualifications
- 通过技术知识和专业知识发展客⼾关系和信任的能⼒
- 有万头牧场三年以上营养⼯作经验硕⼠学位
- 营养专业毕业的博⼠学位
