Description

Scope of Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to train associates in domain using a structured approach

• Manage, design and develop new hire, refresher, process change, and other related trainings

• Coordinate with client SMEs to provide process updates, changes, and operational knowledge to team members

• Responsible for remaining current with all process documentation and operating procedures for all in-scope processes and procedures

• Analyze statistics at a training class and team level (AHT, quality, etc.) to determine training support needs

• Collaborate with the client on any process gaps or opportunities while working on training, reviewing SOP's and related documents

• Assist Team Lead in management tasks as required

• Actively participate as relevant in Client/Internal meetings

• Provide MIS reports as relevant

Candidate basic qualifications

• University Degree

• Preferred experience - Health Care insurance with 8-10 years of experience

• Excellent verbal and written English/Cantonese communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Deep understanding of the healthcare insurance industry, including relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and market trends in APAC market

• End to end understanding insurance claims process, benefits/policy servicing, provider relationship and customer contact center
