Job Description
- Develop and deliver training on brand knowledge, clinical data, selling skills, territory/account management, and coaching for commercial roles.
- Responsible for onboarding training programs and driving a coaching culture.
- Collaborate with HR on leadership and career development programs.
- Manage learning management systems and the training budget.
- Partner across AA Korea to build strategic training plans and maximize resources.
- Define training outcomes and evaluate training success (Kirkpatrick's evaluation levels).
- Conduct ongoing skills and knowledge assessments; develop follow-up plans.
- Organize sales force and manager benchmarking events to support skill development.
- Implement new strategies and initiatives that drive organizational change.
- Design and implement organization-wide competency development programs.
- Lead cross-functional communication to drive alignment and a learning culture.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Significant pharmaceutical industry experience, proven track record in healthcare sales, management, and/or sales training (at least 5 years).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent training delivery, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Emotional intelligence and influential engagement across organization levels.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- Excellent knowledge of compliance in the pharma industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in a sales role in medical aesthetics.
- Sales training experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Coaching experience.
