About Our Client

Our client is one of the top tier bank and they are currently looking for a Treasury Operation Officer to be responsible for processing and handle treasury market transaction, prepare and check payment, treasury settlement for corporate clients.

Job Description

• Managing daily treasury operations and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Monitoring cash flow, settlements, and reconciliations to maintain operational accuracy.
• Supporting the implementation of treasury-related systems and process improvements.
• Preparing and analyzing reports related to treasury activities and performance.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of treasury transactions and records.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate controls.
• Providing support for ad-hoc projects related to treasury operations.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
• At least 1 years of working experience in treasury market settlement field
• Experience from Japan banking or FI group is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
• Work collaboratively with team member
• Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
• Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
