- Manage a number of portfolio companies
- Assess portfolio performance and prioritise action plans to best support it
- Work closely with management teams to fulfil the best possible exit for all stakeholders
- Establish key KPIs and reporting structures to track progress
- Most likely come from a private equity, venture capital, insolvency, restructuring, or operating partner background
- Working knowledge of private equity and venture capital
- UK work experience is essential, as is familiarity with company insolvency
