Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage investment projects in the consumer goods sector, focusing on mid-to-late stage and buyout opportunities.
- Drive deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution, including financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiations.
- Oversee portfolio management and value creation initiatives post-investment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.
Requirements:
- 5-12 years of experience in private equity or related investment roles, with a proven track record in mid-to-late stage and buyout deals.
- Strong understanding of consumer goods industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead complex transactions and manage cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
