As part of the Kearney Team, you will contribute to consulting project teams as they offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Depending on each client's unique needs, projects can differ in length, size and location, giving you unique, hands-on experiences across a range of industries and service practices.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure the success of projects to complete tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.
- Lead project workstreams and teams (as needed), working alongside the client to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions.
- Assist the firm's business development through generating proposals.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.
- Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.

We want to hear from you if you are:
- a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Currently enrolled in a university or graduate school and expected to graduate between October 2026 and September 2028
- No full-time professional work experience.
- Language requirements: Business-level or native-level Japanese proficiency is preferred; candidates with working-level Japanese who are actively studying and motivated to improve are welcome to apply.

- Class of 2027: April 2027 or October 2027
- Class of 2028: April 2028 or October 2028
